Position Description: Analyst

Sightlines is a rapidly growing national company making a substantial impact on facilities management at colleges and universities across the country.Our mission is to provide superior and independent facilities advisory services by helping campuses measure, monitor, and benchmark their facilities functions. We are seeking dynamic individuals who are eager to develop and enhance client relations, and analyze institutional data. With a team of energetic and motivated professionals you will:


  1. •visit colleges and universities to collect base facilities data;

• work with facilities directors and staff to evaluate the physical, financial, and operational facets of the campus’ facilities;

  1. •develop financial models and strategic plans for campus improvement; and

  2. •present findings to the client.

Requirements:

  1. •BA degree

  2. •Ability to build strong relationships with member institutions and coworkers •Ability to work in team environment

  3. •Ability to work with data and discover the story it tells.


We are headquartered in Guilford, CT, and have remote offices in Jenkintown, PA, Portland, OR. Sightlines offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including profit sharing.
