Because we are committed to delivering the highest quality services to our members, Sightlines hires  talented and innovative individuals to help colleges and universities solve some of their most difficult and pressing problems. Sightlines is a knowledge company that employs the best qualified individuals to work in a fun and open environment. We are seeking individuals with a thirst to learn and a desire to travel. We are looking for people that want to make a difference on college campuses.   We encourage a work environment that is both rigorous and relaxed.  We work collaboratively in teams.  We develop our staff and promote from within.   We have offices and members across the country which makes for a very unique work experience.

We’re looking for smart, enthusiastic, team players who have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze data and discover the story it has to tell, the skill to build strong client relationships, and the aptitude to present findings to senior institution leaders.
